Soha Console
Set up numbers, extensions, queues and call flows in the browser. Soha writes the Asterisk configuration for you, so nothing is edited by hand.
Phone system and softphone
Soha runs your company's numbers, extensions and call flows on Asterisk, and puts every call on your team's computer and phone. One calm place to set it up, one app to answer.

How it fits together
Set up numbers, extensions, queues and call flows in the browser. Soha writes the Asterisk configuration for you, so nothing is edited by hand.
Each person's extensions on their desktop and phone: calls, recents, contacts, voicemail and team chat, with one sign-in.
Soha runs next to Asterisk on a server you control. Calls, recordings and contacts stay with you.
Soha Console
Soha Console is where the phone system is built and watched. Add people and numbers, draw call flows, set recording rules and connect your other tools, while live calls and today's numbers update as they happen. Every change becomes Asterisk configuration on its own.
Add a person, give them an extension and a role, and hand them a Soha Phone code. See who is online, and on how many devices.
Connect your SIP providers and see whether each trunk is signed in. Give numbers aliases and pick the caller ID each call goes out with.
Ring a whole team at once, play music while callers wait, and offer them a call back instead of holding.
Route by opening hours and a holiday calendar, so the office closes itself on time.
A mailbox for every extension, shared mailboxes for teams, and a library of greetings and prompts. Upload an MP3 or record one.
Collect spoken feedback from callers in boxes that only the right people can open.
Choose which numbers are recorded, clear out old recordings per number, and decide who may play them.
Open rooms for team calls and see who is in each one.
Block a caller on one line or on all of them, straight from the call history.
Send call events to your CRM as they happen: ringing, answered, finished, recording ready. API tokens for your own tools.
Run several companies on one server, each with its own people, numbers and brand color.
A first-run guide shows what is left to set up, and the server keeps backups of your configuration.
Call flows
Answer, play a message, route by business hours, offer a menu, ring a queue or take a voicemail. Build a flow step by step, copy steps between flows, and publish it when it is ready.
Soha Phone
Sign in once and Soha Phone lists each of your extensions and numbers, like a phone with two SIM cards. Choose the number you call from; a call back goes out from the number that was called.

Scan the QR code from the console, or type it. Nobody has to share a SIP password.
Voicemail, caller feedback and chat with colleagues in one place, with who has listened.
Available, busy or do not disturb. Colleagues see it before they call.
Click a phone number on any web page and Soha places the call.
On Android calls ring on the system call screen, and Soha stays ready in the background.
Record your voicemail greeting in the app, or with one call to *971.
On every desk and in every pocket
For managers
The console shows each call from the first ring to the last word: who it rang, who answered, the recording and who has listened to it.
Watch calls as they happen, listen in when you are allowed to, and hang up a stuck call.
Every call with who answered it, its recording and everyone who has played it.
Each extension has a mailbox. Shared mailboxes for teams, each with its own greeting.
Everyone a queue rang sees the call in their history, and who answered it.
Agents see their own calls, managers see the team's. Playing recordings is a permission of its own.
Call volume, answer rate and abandoned calls, by number and period.
Persian and English
Every screen is laid out right to left and left to right. Persian uses Jalali dates and Persian digits, as much as you choose, and typefaces made for reading Persian.
Your server
Soha installs next to Asterisk on hardware you choose, from a small box in the office to a rack server. Connect your provider's SIP trunks, keep recordings on your own disk, and reach the console over your private network.
Tell us about your numbers and your team. We will set up a demo on a Soha server and walk you through it.
